Bertha E. Collins White was born June 29, 1927 in Tomato, AR to Charlie Lee and Anna Rebecca Bright Collins.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Paragould. Mrs. White loved to sew and do needlepoint but her pride and joy were her flower garden! She loved her many, many varieties of roses and had many other flowers that she tended with loving care.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Jane Mayfield (Danny), Nita Palone (Tony) and Jean White. Four grandchildren, Amy Chambers (Jason), Matthew Mayfield (Brandie), Ashley Palone (James Eitel) and Zachary Palone. Five great grandchildren, Kylie and Lilah Chambers, Patience, Solace, and Jan Eitel. A special friend, Tina Weston her companion and care giver and many dear friends, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at New Friendship Cemetery with Doyle Wayne Batey officiating.
Memorials may be sent to the charity of the giver’s choice.
