Audie Lee White

Audie Lee white, 89, of Paragould departed this world on May 2, 2013, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born January 22, 1924, in Lafe, AR to the late William and Iva Richardson. Audie was a retired Greene County Tech Food Service Manager and retired from Ely & Walker Shirt Factory. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother and mentor. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and loved her. She was a lifelong member of Providence Baptist Church. Audie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 52 years, Elbridge “Ebb” White; son, Teddy Joe White; granddaughters, Melissa and Tammie White; brothers, Jack (Audra) Richardson and Ralph Richardson; sisters, Anna Bee White and Ella Mae Batten. Survivors include sons, Robert (Pam) White of Winfield, MO and Muriel (Marilyn) White of Paragould; daughter-in-law, Sheila White of Paragould. Grandchildren, Rodney White, Raina (Lawson) Thomas, Jacob White all of Paragould and Bobby (Susan) White of Troy, MO; great grandchildren, Allie and Ridge Thomas of Paragould, Sofia, Luke and Teah White of Troy, MO; sister-in-law, Louise Richardson of Paragould. Many beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Providence Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the church with Revs. Gary Morris and Rondal Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Goodman, Bill Reinhart, Pete Wright, Dewey White, Gary Eaker and John Miller. Memorials may be made to the Providence Baptist Church.
