Anna Flora Guard

Anna Flora Guard, 94, of Cardwell, MO, died Friday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Anna was retired from the Arbyrd Compress and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Survivors include: 6 nieces and 6 nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Martin Guard, parents, Florian and Mary Ungerank Martin, brothers, Florian and Albert Martin, sisters, Emma Martin, Frances DeBons and Louise Martin. Rosary services will be Sunday at 7:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 7:30 – 8:30 following the Rosary. Funeral Mass will be Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Matt Garrison officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family has requested that memorials be sent to St. Mary’s School Trust Fund or the Catholic Newman Center, 2800 E. Johnson, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
