Anaiah Winter Yvonne Phillips, 7, of Paragould, went to be with Jesus on Friday. She had just graduated kindergarten and was full of life. "NiNi" or "Niah Girl", as she was commonly referred, loved to watch Dora the Explorer and other cartoons, swing, and sing. One of her favorite things to do was to "give lovins". She could often be found at church as she had a deep love for Jesus. NiNi also loved to play with her brothers and sister. She was the daughter of Jason Phillips and Rachel Phillips. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Quinn; great grandmother, Ellen Luke; great grandfather, Buddy Thomas; paternal grandmothers, Carmella Jackson and Pamela Sue Phillips; paternal great grandmother, Dorathy Maddox; paternal great grandfather, Allen Phillips; niece, Brianna Pace; and nephew, Seth Oyola.
Survivors included her mother and father; siblings, Peter Bakich and Isaac, Chastity, and Jayven Phillips; maternal grandmother, Reva Quinn; paternal grandfather, Ross Phillips; paternal great grandmother, Garnet Bureata Dawkins; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and numerous friends and loved ones.
Visitation is Wednesday evening from 5-7 at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral is Thursday at 11am at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Larry Bulla officiating. Burial is in Cardwell Cemetery.
