Allene Marie Lane Phillips

Allene Marie Lane Phillips, 87 , loving mother and devoted wife passed away at home in the care of Hospice on October 30th, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, James L. Phillips, Sr.; her parents, William and Edith Walker Lane; and two brothers, William W. Lane and James Lane. She leaves four children, Glen Garner of Paragould, Arkansas, Shirley Clason of Oakland, Tennessee, J. Arlene Reiter (Gary) of Seattle, Washington, and James L. Phillips, Jr. (Shirleen) of Pueblo, Colorado; four sisters, Fern Garner of Mabank, Texas, Sylvia Rhoades of West Plains, Missouri, Bonnie Phillips of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Betty Ricker of Harrisonville, Missouri; two brothers, Junior Lane of Knobel, Arkansas and Eddie Dean Lane of Harrisonville, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was affiliated with Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, November 6 at Heath Colonial Chapel with Larry McFadden officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-8 pm at Heath Funeral Home.
