Alice Mccullar

Alice Louise McCullar, 86 of Paragould died Monday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Alice was retired from retail business having worked at Sterling, Black & White Department Store, OTASCO and was the lunchroom cook at St. Mary’s Catholic School. Alice served on the Board of Directors at Greene Acres, was involved with the Garden Club and American Legion Auxiliary. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow McCullar and her parents Patrick Henry Carroll, Sr. and Mary Loretta Layton Carroll. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Karen McCullar of Sperry, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Chad Hines of Skiatook, OK; brothers, Richard, Everett and Pat Carroll, Jr all of Paragould; sisters, Jean Davis of Paragould and Millie Covill of Wild Rose, WI. Grandchildren, Tyler McCullar, Katie McCullar and Natalie Hines. Rosary services will be 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Heath Funeral Home. Visitation will follow Rosary from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Mike Sinkler officiating.
