Albert Wineland

Albert Wineland departed this life on October 7, 2011, at Greene Acres Nursing Home. He was born July 28, 1921, in Greene County to the late, Arthur and Cavie Wineland. He graduated from Dixie High School in 1940. Albert was a second generation farmer, farming his entire life in the Schugtown community. He was a member of the Schugtown Methodist Church for 60 years. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Clara Vanhook Wineland; daughter and son-in-law, Joy Faith and Paul M.Smith of Paragould; sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Carol Wineland of Fayetteville, AR and Van and Scarlett Wineland of Paragould. Grandchildren, Jennifer Wineland Rich, Julie Wineland Thompson, Justin Smith, Audra Smith and Madeleine Wineland and 5 great grandchildren. Albert also leaves behind a special pet and friend, “Pepper”. his trick pony. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00-12:30 At Heath Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Sunday at 1:00 P.M. at Woods Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Hershel Richardson Officiating.
