Agnes Viola Blankenship

Agnes Viola Blankenship, 83, of Paragould has gone to be with the Lord Wednesday at her home. She was born January 25, 1925, in Greenville, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Harry and Alpha Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her sister and two brothers. She was retired from Bussman Fuse in St. Louis and was a member of Grace United General Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, David W. Blankenship of the home; daughter and son-in-law: Sandra and David Anderson of Wynne; sons and daughters-in-law: Michael Lynn and Linda Blankenship of Paragould and Vernon and Connie Blankenship of Iowa; sister: Vivian Austin of Henrietta, Oklahoma; brother: Vallie Cooper of Muskegon, Michigan; grandchildren: Jamie Rogers, Stefanie Ward, Melissa Stone-Utley, PFC Michael Anderson and Amanda Troug; great grandchildren, Dallas Stone, Aaron Rogers and Paige Rogers. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Saturday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Royce Schanda officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
