Aaron Wayne Camp, 41, of Paragould, passed from this life on Monday, April 25, 2022. He was born on July 23, 1980, to Rev. Albert and Pam Inman Camp. Aaron graduated from Greene County Tech High School in 1998. Throughout the years, he remained close with many of his classmates, and he always took an interest in their lives. Aaron loved his cat, Daisy, and took great pride in caring for her. He was an avid gamer and enjoyed his time playing. Aaron loved the St. Louis Cardinals and the Memphis Grizzlies. He enjoyed attending games whenever he could. While he loved his activities, he loved his family, friends, and community even more. Aaron was appointed to serve on the Quorum Court in Greene County. After serving his appointed term, he was elected to the City Council of Paragould. He was currently serving his first term as a City Councilman. During his service time, Aaron was involved with the Greene County Future Fund and City Beautiful Commission. He loved making Paragould a better place to live, and he was very involved in the 8 Mile Creek Trail. Aaron was also the Business Manager for AAA Business Solutions. He was dedicated to all those he served, whether it be in his career or in the community. Aaron was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, A.G. Sr. and Allie Camp; maternal grandfather, Roland Baker; uncle, A.G. Camp, Jr.; and aunt, Kay Carle.

Aaron is survived by his parents, Rev. Albert and Pam Camp of Paragould; brother, Taylor Camp of Jonesboro; "Granny", Geraldine Baker of Jonesboro; uncles, John (Glenda) Camp of Paragould and Jim (Diana) Camp of Little Rock; aunts, Kathy (Paul) Minton of Little Rock, Mary Ann (Jim) Perkins and Connie Henson of Paragould, and Jane (Raymond) Huffman of Marmaduke; several cousins; and numerous friends who were as close as family.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 27, 2022, from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. The funeral is Thursday at 2pm at Heath Colonial Chapel with the Honorable Josh Agee officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are J.C. Pillow, Joey Bowen, Josh Henson, Scott Kerby, Tim Camp, Chris Camp, Jeremy Biggs, and Kevin Sumpter. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Paragould City Council. In lieu of flowers, please consider giving to the Greene County Future Fund.
