Linda Sue Christian

Linda Sue Christian, 69, of Paragould, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020, at her home. She was born March 14, 1951, in Paragould, Arkansas, to Virgil and Ruby Adell (Wright) Bowden.

She was a licensed realtor with ERA Doty in Paragould and attended Reynolds Baptist Church. Linda loved God, her family and her friends. She also loved to laugh. Her smile brightened any room. Linda loved the color pink and all things that sparkle.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Ruby Adell Bowden, and three nephews, Steve Bowden, Michael Clark and Keith Clark.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Jeff Easley, two grandchildren, Lauren and Christopher Covington and Caden Sheeks, and three great-grandchildren, Lexis Covington, Bentley Sheeks and Layton Covington, all of Paragould. Three brothers, Wayman (Barbara) Bowden of Louisiana, Allen (Brenda) Bowden, of Paragould and Billy (Joan) Bowden of Tennessee, one sister, Lois Clark of Beech Grove, one aunt, Vaniel Nelson of Marmaduke and ten nieces and nephews as well as her friends, "The Click" Diann Walker, Tammy Taylor, Linda Hoppe, Linda Faulkner and Brenda Henry.

Visitation will be held Wednesday night at Heath Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Reynolds Baptist Church on Thurday at 11:00 am with Rev. Jason Huffmaster officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brad Clark, Rusty Horton, Allen Duty, Daniel Wilkerson, Zac Adkins, Jason Coleman and Todd Sheeks. Honorary pallbearers are Wayman Bowden, Allen Bowden, Billy Bowden, Ken Hoppe, Greg Walker, Starr Faulkner, Scott Taylor, Mark Tedder and Van Bowden.

In order to comply with CDC guidelines, face masks are required inside the building and friends are asked to practice social distancing.
