David Alan Williams

David Alan Williams, 66, of Paragould, passed from this life on Friday November 25, 2022. He was born on October 18, 1956, to the late Willie Gene and Faye Toombs Williams. David graduated from Paragould High School in 1975. He attended Louisiana State University and Arkansas State University. David married Susan Kueter on September 13, 1980. He was a driver for Carter Express and recently earned his Million-Mile Certificate. In his spare time, David loved to play golf and made many friends during his years of playing. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. David had a passion for aviation, and he especially enjoyed flying with his son, Eli. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ricky Williams.

David is survived by his wife of 42 years, Susan; son, Elijah "Eli" Williams of Paragould; brother, William "Bill" (Deborah) Williams of Fulshear, Texas; nieces, Dr. Brittany Rhoades of Fulshear and Dr. Sydney Devine of Washington, D.C.; and nephew, Seth Williams of Austin, Texas.

A Rosary will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 6 PM at Heath Funeral Home. The family will then receive friends from 6:30-8 PM. A funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM Thursday, December 1, 2022, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paragould. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers are Frank Curtis, Don Tabor, Tommy Bogard, Lynn Burroughs (Bryan Burroughs), Steve Kueter, Brian Kueter, Nate Burnett, and Bernie Baltz.
