HEATH FUNERAL HOME Billy Eugene Hallmark, 59, of Paragould, died Saturday in Helena, AR. Billy was retired from the Marine Corps and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Teddy Ray “Sparky” and Edna Zimmerman Hallmark. Survivors include his wife, Donna Hallmark of the home, sons and daughters-in-law, Teddy and Crystal Hallmark, Timmy and Cindy Hallmark of Paragould, daughters, Jennifer McFarlin of Monette, AR and Christy Hallmark of Marmaduke, AR, step-daughter, Linda Chappelear of Paragould and 11 grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 1:30 P.M. in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Gene Day officiating.
